On 22nd of September, Russian ENT-opinion leaders from almost all the regions of Russia took part in the conference "Advances and controversies in Rhinology – 2009" in Barcelona.
The conference was organized by Invar, our Russian partner, with the help of Hartington. Leading Spanish scientific researchers, including Dr. Joaquim Mullol, presented reports about current management of rhinosinusitis, navigation assisted endoscopic sinus surgery and the role of cyclamen europeaum in ARS.
The results of last German study about Nasodren® were presented by Dr. Oliver Pfaar.
This event was a great opportunity to spread the knowledge of Nasodren® (Sinuforte® in Russia) among KOLs’ and to share the experience with international colleagues for further strengthening of useful and perspective collaboration for all the parties involved.

Dr. Clemens Anders will present Clinical evaluation of a new approach in acute rhinosinusitis, the last completed study of Nasodren®. It is a randomized, double-blind trial comparing cyclamen extract (n=48) with placebo (n=51) in patients with moderate-severe acute rhinosinusitis.
