Return or withdrawal request

Where the statutory distance-sale withdrawal right applies, you may notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. You may use this form, email orders@hartington.org, or send another clear statement. Use of this form is optional.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 calendar days. Direct return costs are normally paid by the customer for a change-of-mind withdrawal. Hartington pays necessary return costs for damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods. Refund timing and the limited sealed-goods health/hygiene exception are explained in the Terms & Conditions.
